摘要
建立一个能够反映井架真实结构状态和实际工作性能的有限元模型是进行井架检测和安全评估的第1步。根据实验室井架模型的实测模态数据,采用基于特征值灵敏度的优化设计方法对实验室井架模型进行了有限元模型修正,分析结果为实际工作井架的检测和安全评估工作提供了重要依据。
The first step of derrick monitoring and safety evaluating is to set up a finite element model that can reflect the real structural estate and actual working capability of derricks. In accordance with the modal data obtained from field tests of the model of derrick of the lab, the original finite element model of the derrick of the laboratory, using the optimization design principle based on the structural sensitivity analysis. The results provide a basis for monitoring and safety evaluating of derricks.
