摘要 以罐体耗材最少为优化目标建立了卧式气动下灰车的优化模型,利用Matlab中的优化求解功能编制了Matlab求解程序。优化后每个罐体比原设计可节约钢板2.336 m2。从气动下灰车制造业的角度来看,该优化计算是有显著经济效益的。 Using least steel plate consumption as pursuing objective, the optimized model of the bulk-cement delivery vertical tank truck is built. With the optimized calculation function of Matlab, the calculation program is programmed. The optimization result shows that one tanker consumes steel plate less 2. 336 m^2 than previous design. Judging by the manufacturing industry of bulk-cement delivery tank truck, the optimization calculation has remarkable economic benefits, so it is the worth reference used for manufacturing factory.
