摘要
许多卡钻事故是由于封隔器及其他锚瓦类井下工具的使用造成的,Y211型封隔器的卡钻问题最为突出,且多发生在定向井中。通过对Y211型封隔器的结构及工作原理的分析认为,卡钻主要是由封隔器结构的不合理性及井眼轨迹因素引起;在套损井中,由于套管变形、结垢等因素,进一步加大了封隔器卡钻的可能性。
The sticking of the downhole string happened occasionally because great quantity of packers and other tools with slips are used. The sticking of Y211 packer is frequent in directional well. The structure and operating principle of Y211 packer has been analyzed in this paper. The main reason of sticking is the illogical structure of packer and well track. The probability of packer sticking is increased because of the casing deformation and crustation in casing failure well.
