摘要
从道德与利益、公平与公正、动机与效果、情感与理性等角度分析了合并高校在教职员工深度融合中的伦理困境,从创建和谐校园、凝聚发展合力、实现全面融合、获取价值认同等方面提出了人员深度融合的伦理诉求,并提出要给教职员工以学院大家庭的文化关怀、谋事不谋人的事业关怀、重实绩轻区域的用人关怀、和谐不苟合的融合关怀、相"亲"不相轻的人际关怀等伦理关怀。
This article gives comments from the moral and interests of fairness and justice, motive and effect, emotional and rational analysis of the angle of a joint staff college in depth integration of ethical dilemmas, and it tells us that we should do from the creation of a harmonious campus, pool development efforts to achieve full integration, access to value recognition respect of a deep staff integration degree of ethical aspirations and to make the Institute to give staff cultural family care, a plan seen to the cause concern, re - light performance in the region employing a caring and harmonious integration of the phrase does not care, is " pro - " not in light of interpersonal care as ethical concern.
