Innovative Design of Atomizer Box Based on Rapid Prototyping

基于人机工程学中有关人体的特性,考虑人的解剖学、生理学和心理学方面的因素,从喷雾器箱体的外形尺寸和外观色彩方面对农业工程中的背负式喷雾器箱体进行了创新设计,可使操作者健康、舒适、高效地工作。在喷雾器箱体的创新设计的各个阶段,用到了快速原型样件,使设计周期大大缩短,加快了喷雾器产品创新设计的速度,降低了开发成本和投资风险,提升企业的竞争能力。

This paper is aimed to design innovative atomizer box based on human-machine engineering and Rapid Prototyping. From the shape size and color, the innovative atomizer box was designed, being completely taken into account human＇ s anatomy, physiology and psy- chology, in order to let human work healthily, comfortably and e^ciently. During every design phase, rapid prototype was used, so the time of design was greatly shortened, and the speed of design was increased. Eventually, the developing cost was decreased, and the enterprise＇ s competitive was enhanced.
