摘要
介绍了一种小型蒸发装置除雾装置的设计方法,结合放射性废水处理的设计理论和方法,自行设计了一种小型的放射性废水蒸发处理装置除雾装置,以解决负压蒸发操作处理废水时雾沫夹带问题。试验结果表明设计有除雾装置的蒸发器出水水质满足国家标准,有效的控制了蒸发过程中的雾沫夹带问题。
The paper mainly introduce the methods of designing of a small-scale evaporator mesh mist eliminator , and combining design theory and the method of radioactive wastewater processing, the radioactive wastewater that counted one kind of small-scale mesh mist elimi- nator in order to solve the negative pressure evaporates operation processing waste water. The test result indicates the design has the boiler of demister to appear above water the water quality satisfies the national standard, and the entrainment which active controlled to evaporate in the course is carried secretly the question.
