摘要
以气浮设备中的射流器设计为例,介绍了射流器的结构、工作原理和设计方法。由于目前射流器的设计尚无成熟的设计方案可供参考,作者与企业多次合作,充分利用了流体力学知识来解决气浮设备中射流器的设计核心问题,形成了一套完整有效的射流器创新设计方案。该课题得到了有关专家的认可,产品质量大大提高。该设计方法对其它气浮设备的设计也具有一定的参考价值。
Chosen the jet eductor of air bearing equipment, paper introduced the structure, work elements and design method of jet educator. Based on the knowledge of hydrodynamics, a new technique of jet educator design is formed and recognized by experts gradually. This design method can greatly advance the product quality and can be used to other air bearing equipment.
