摘要
阐述对支架四连杆机构进行参数优化的意义,建立以连杆重量为优化目标的数学模型,在此基础上应用Visual Basic 6.0编写了四连杆机构的参数优化程序,并以ZY6000/25/50型两柱掩护式液压支架为例进行优化,得出比较理想的优化结果。同时还实现了优化参数与优化结果的动态显示。
The paper expounds the significance of the parameter optimization and takes the minimal weight of the Four Bar Linkage Mechanism as the object function. Taking the support ZY6000/25/50 for example, the paper develops the optimization software by using Vasual Basic 6.0 and the optimization results can be showed dynamically.
