MathCAD和草绘器在机构设计中的巧妙运用

摘要 在机构设计分析中,一般采用图解法和解析法。对于复杂的机构,通过人工完成,其工作量太大,且两种方法各有优缺点。尤其在设计初期,机构各部件参数未完全确定时,分析计算就更困难。利用2D草绘器软件代替图解法,MathCAD软件代替解析法,并将二者结合起来,能很大的提高设计分析的效率并取得满意的结果。 Graphic representation and analytical method are generally used in mechanism designing. For complicated mechanism, there is too much workload for manual working and either of the two methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. Especially at the beginning of designing, parameters for all parts of the mechanism are not settled will lead to more difficult calculating. Use 2D free-hand drawing software instead of graphic representation and use MathCAD software instead of analytical method and combine the two together will enhance the efficiency of designing and analysis and get the satisfactory results.
