加工中心刀具组件的三维虚拟配刀技术研究与开发

摘要 分析了的加工中心机床刀具信息管理系统中配刀过程中存在的问题,讨论了其刀具组件的选择原则、配刀策略及其三维刀具组件的生成方法,实现了刀具组件的自动配刀过程可视化设计,所研制的软件系统已经得到了实际应用的验证。 Existing problems about the cutter components setting-up ,are analysed in the cuttery information management system of ma- chining center. The principle such as cuttery components selection and tactics are discussed, and the cutter components assembling method are realized. The 3D visiual design work about the automated cutter components setting-up procedure, has been finished successfially. At the end, the software has been tested and verified by the factories which had used this software system in production.
