Zr基非晶合金/W丝复合材料动态断裂模式研究

Dynamic fracture behavior of tungsten fiber reinforced Zr-based metallic glass matrix composite

摘要 利用Hopkinson压杆装置(SHPB)和SEM等研究室温下经过不同工艺处理的Zr基非晶合金/W丝复合材料的动态力学性能及断裂模式。结果表明,由工艺4制备的复合材料具有最好的动态压缩性能,在0.8MPa打击压力下,其动态抗压强度达到3965MPa。该复合材料动态压缩断裂模式为混合断裂模式,包括剪切断裂和纵向开裂,W丝呈现劈裂和屈曲特征。 The dynamic mechanical property and fracture behavior of tungsten fiber reinforced ZrTiCuNi metallic glass matrix composite prepared by different processes were investigated at room temperature by means of the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) and SEM. The composite prepared by process No.4 exhibited the best dynamic compressive properties, the fracture stress is 3 965 MPa under impact pressure of 0.8 MPa. The failure mode of the specimen is a mixture of shear failure and axial splitting, splitting and buckling are the dominant fracture behavior of the tungsten fiber.
