摘要
采用Mg基复合变质处理的方法,探讨过共晶高铬铸铁凝固组织的变化特征。研究结果表明,经过Mg基复合变质处理后,铁水的表面张力提高,铁液得到净化,同等冷却条件下,铁液凝固时热力学过冷度增大,不仅使凝固组织中伪共晶程度明显加剧,共晶组织数量有所增加,而且显著改善碳化物形态,从而使高铬铸铁的冲击韧性有较大提高。
The characteristics of solidification microstructure were studied by adding Mg-matrix compound modifier in hypereutectic high chromium cast iron. The results showed that the surface tension rose and the melted iron was purged after modification, so the degree of thermodynamic supercooling rose, thus causing pseudoeutectic aggravate dramatically and the amount of eutectic structure increase, and the morphology of carbides was improved significantly. As a result, the impacttoughness property was improved greatly.
