摘要 对平均粒度为60"m的Fe-Ni-Cu-C合金粗粉进行注射成形,重点研究脱脂和烧结工艺。以粘结剂的差热分析为指导,制定合适的热脱脂工艺路线,并分析烧结过程中的温度、时间对烧结密度、力学性能的影响。结果表明:利用溶剂脱脂可以除去粘结剂中78%左右的石蜡,热脱脂时间可以缩短;在1225℃,烧结件力学性能最佳。 The injection molding of Fe-Ni-Cu-C mixed coarser powder with particle size of 60 μm was studied,which focuses on the debinding and sintering process. Based on the differential thermal analysis of the binder, a suitable thermal debinding process was set up. The effects of sintering temperature and time on density and mechanical property were also investigated. Results indicated that about 78% of polymer-wax could be gotten rid of during the solvent debinding process. Thus the thermal debinding process could be shorted. The sintered part was provided with the best mechanical property when the sintering temperature was 1 225℃.
