摘要
通过将大型石化建设工程项目分为"常规工作"和"非常规工作"两部分,将研究对象置于一般工程项目管理的大背景下,同时研究范围涉及计划、控制、组织等各管理职能领域,系统地探讨当今社会经济条件下,大型石化工程项目管理方法的特殊性。
By dividing a large-scale petrochemical construction project into normal part and special part,the research is carried out under the background of ordinary,project management.The scope of research covers various management function fields,such as plan, control and organization.The particularities of management methods for large-scale petrochemical projects under the current social and economic conditions are studied systematically.
