摘要
Sarcopenia是一种以肌肉质量、体积以及肌肉力量下降为主要特征的中老年人高发病征,其发生与肌肉特异性蛋白合成减少、线粒体功能紊乱、激素水平下降、氧化损伤增加以及细胞凋亡等有着密切的关系,抗阻运动在一定程度上可以延缓Sarcopenia的发生。综述了Sarcopenia发生机制,展望了Sarcopenia的研究前景。
Age-related loss of muscle mass (sarcopenia) is one of the most marked symptom associated with aging. Its consequences mainly reflected in loss of muscle mass, muscle size and muscle strength. The declines of synthesis in muscle protein, mitochondrial dysfunction, decrease in hormones, increase in oxidative stress and apoptosis are related to the occurrence of sarcopenia. Based on literature review, the relative research achievement on etiology of sarcopenia were analyzed, the result revealed the prospects of the study on sarcopenia will provide the references for further study according to interfering by exercise, especially resistance training.
