论心理契约与非正式组织管理 被引量:4

摘要 非正式组织是伴随正式组织而生的,它对组织的良好运行和发展起着重要的作用。与正式组织不同的是正式组织更多的是正式契约的结合体,而非正式组织则是心理契约的结合体。通过借鉴双S立体文化模型,将非正式组织按社会性和团结性维度进行分类,讨论心理契约与不同类型非正式组织之间的相互影响,希望对非正式组织的管理有一点意义。
