Strengthen Science and Technology Information Service Base on User's Demand

据统计,科研工作中文献利用占整个工作量的50.9%。在整个科研链条中,文献信息需求服务工作贯穿始终,是科学研究不可或缺的重要组成部分。网络的出现与发展,使图书馆服务的形式、内容和结构都发生了新的变化,越来越多的农业科研人员不再仅仅把获取传统的纸介质文献作为重点,而是更多地利用网络资源寻求科技信息。根据所在单位科研人员的信息资源需求,重点加强以下几个方面的工作:(1)为本单位制定局域网的网络规划与建设,并负责实施。首先建设馆藏书目数据库;其后在原有单机版光盘的基础上,经过反复修改调试,自主建立了局域网数据库共享检索网络。节省了购网络版光盘数据库的费用,同时提高了工作效率。(2)为领导决策服务,以情报调研为主,信息动态为辅。近年来充分利用该网络及时为领导提供各类信息,供决策参考。(3)为农业科研服务,采取全过程参与式与咨询相结合的方法。围绕科研项目的申报及时向科技人员提供相关科技信息,成为项目成功申报的重要条件。此外,还为奥运蔬菜和科技成果的推广应用提供信息服务。

According to statistics, docurnent utilization rate in research work accounted fro 50.9% of the entire work. In the entire research chain, document information demand service work goes from the beginning to the end. Based on the information resource demand of research staff in agricultural institutes, it is essential to strengthen the work in the following aspects： （1） formulate the plan and construction of local network and be responsible for its implementation; （2） provide decision-making serve, with information investigation and analysis as the main task and trends information as subsidiary; （3） provide service for agricultural research by a method combining whole process participation and consultancy.
