摘要
自1998年南京师范大学和杭州师范学院试办小学教育专业以来,本科学历小学教师的培育在我国已经走过了整整九个年头,相关研究应运而生。这些研究主要在专业设置、专业定位、培养模式、课程设置、师资建设等方面展开。针对小学教育专业研究现状及其未来发展,应加强小学教育专业建设,并遵循兼顾人文与科学、兼顾教学与科研、兼顾一般与特色、兼顾各“平行”专业、兼顾一级学科与二级学科这五条原则,以打造实事求是的研究风格与建设勇气。
Since Nanjing Normal University and Hangzhou Teachers College piloted the protession ot primary education in 1998, the bachelor's degree in fostering primary teachers has gone through 9 years in China, and researches related to it also emerged, which covers the following six aspects: the settings of professions; the position of professions; the training models; the curriculum settings; the construction of the teachers' resources. On the basis of the six aspects, five suggestions are proposed: the balance between humanity and science, teaching and research, general and special, the parallel professions and first-disciplines and secondary-disciplines.
