Initial Teacher Training （ITT） National Curriculum of the United Kingdom has set some rules for qualified teachers, for the requirements for all courses and the application of English, mathematics , science and information communication technology in subject teaching, together with some concrete requirements. The aim of ITT National Curriculum is the achievement about standards for qualified teachers. ITT National Curriculum has features of practice, and pays attention to information communication technology in subject teaching and the role of primary and secondary school teachers in teacher training courses. We can gain a good deal of enlightenment from ITT National Curriculum. We should set up standards for the qualified teachers as quickly as possible, and strengthen the practice of the ITT Curriculum, and pay attention to the guidance and supervision in the implementation of the ITT Curriculum.
