内摆线柴油机行星齿轮传动机构的仿真 被引量:3

摘要 根据内摆线形成原理,利用Solidworks和ADAMS软件建立了内摆线单缸柴油机行星齿轮传动机构实体模型和动力学模型,机构动态特性仿真数据能为内摆线行星齿轮机构的结构设计与优化设计提供依据.并将所建立的模型进一步与传统195单缸柴油机进行仿真对比研究.仿真结果表明:内摆线柴油机活塞实现了完全简谐运动,克服了传统195型柴油机活塞存在复杂往复周期运动的许多缺点,大大降低了汽缸动侧压力,减小了活塞零部件承受的惯性力.文中结果为取代传统内燃机曲柄-连杆动力传动机构提供了参考. According to the forming principle of hypocycloid, a prototype and a dynamical model of the internal cycloid planetary gear mechanism for a single-cylinder engine are developed using Solidworks and ADAMS. The dynamical characteristics of the mechanism are then simulated to lay some foundations for the structure design and optimization design of the mechanism. Moreover, by the simulation and comparison between the cycloid single cylinder engine and the conventional 195 type engine, it is found that the cycloid engine surmounts the disadvantages of the conventional 195 type engine due to its simple sinusoidal piston motion, greatly reduces the piston sideforces, the piston friction and the cylinder wear, and can be used as a substitute for the conventional crank-connecting rod mechanism.
