摘要
研究目的:研究市政工程代业主项目管理的一般模式,提出相应的发展对策。研究方法:总结近年来工程总承包公司或项目管理公司在国内外市政道路和其它公益性项目上实施BT或代建制项目管理模式所取得的比较成功的管理经验,及制约市政工程项目管理公司发展的主要因素。研究结果:提出了市政工程代业主工程项目管理的一般运作模式、管理范围以及全面代建工程项目管理承包的管理要点和内容,并对发展市政工程项目管理公司提出了一些针对性的对策。研究结论:市政工程项目管理公司要想在代业主项目管理市场竞争中胜出,必须尽快积累工程建设项目管理经验,提高专业管理水平,增强项目组织实施的能力;并积极开展企业自身的营销工作,提高区域市场的影响力。
Research purposes: The purposes are to do the researches on common mode of the project management for owner in municipal engineering and to propose some countermeasures for it. Research methods:The summaries are made for the successful management experiences in implementing BT and agent construction systems to the municipal roads and other public benefits projects at home and abroad by project general contracting company and project management company, and for the main sectors of restraining the development of municipal engineering management company. Research results: The general operation mode and management scope of project management for owner in municipal engineering and the key points and contents of agent construction system are proposed, and some countermeasures are also presented for the development of municipal engineering management company. Research conclusions:If a municipal engineering management company wants to win in market, he must obtain the experience in construction project management, enhance professional management level, improve the ability of organizing project, strengthen marketing work and enhance the influencing ability.
