银黑狐空肠弯曲菌和致病性大肠埃希氏菌带菌状况的研究

Status of Campylobacter fetus subsp.jejuni and causative Escherichia coli from silver black foxes

对２２６只银黑狐粪便拭子进行空肠弯曲菌检查，共检出带菌狐１４只，其中成年公狐（４０只）、成年母狐（１２１只）、母仔狐（４０只）和公仔狐（２５只）分别检出３，８，２和１只，检出率依次为７．５％，６．６％，５．０％和４．０％，平均检出率为６．２％。对１８９只银黑狐粪便进行致病性大肠埃希氏菌检查，检出带菌狐３１只，其中成年公狐（１３只）、成年母狐（１２２只）、母仔狐（５１只）和公仔狐（３只），分别检出４，１８，８和１只，检出率依次为３０．８％，１４．８％，１５．７％和３３．３％，平均检出率为１６．４％；共检出致病性大肠埃希氏菌３４株，代表１５个血清型。对６９只银黑狐粪便检查，未检出Ａ～Ｆ群沙门氏菌及Ａ群Ⅰ、Ａ群Ⅱ、Ｂ群和Ｄ群的志贺氏菌。对一起３日龄仔狐死亡原因调查，证实是由肠道致病性大肠埃希氏菌Ｏ１１４Ｋ９０所致。

The stool swabs collected from 226 silver black foxes were examined for Campylobacter fetus subsp. jejuni,out of which 14 animals were postitive for the organism,in the postitive animals there are 3 adult males,8 adult females,2 young females and a young male with being 7.5%(3/40),6.6%(8/121),5.0%(2/40)and 4.0%(1/25) postitive rate respectively.And then the fece samples from 189 foxes were examined for causative Escherichia coli,31 of which were positive for E.coli,in which 4 adult males,18 adult females,8 young females and a young male were included,the postitve rate being 30.8%(4/13),14.8%(18/122),15.7%(8/51)and 33.3%(1/3)respectively,and the average detectable rate 16.4%。34 strains of causative E.coli were isolated which presented 15 serotypes of the organisms.the fece specimens sampled from 69 foxes were examined but neither A F groups of Salmonella nor A group I,Ⅱ,B group and D group of Shigella were found.A case of dead 3 day old fox was diagnosed and it was proved that the causative organism is E.coli O 114 :K 90 。
