In the process of economic development, regional economic development imbalances are persistent. Factors such as geography, natural resources, cultural environment, economic foundations, population quality, levels of sei-technological development, and others come into play in influencing the imbalances of regional economic growth. This paper analyzes the regional economic differences in China in terms of historical development, policies and systems, regional economic structures, and core economic competitive edges.
