我国证券交易所组织形式的路径选择——以《证券法》修改为背景

On the Choice of Stock Exchange Organizations in Xinjiang

与过去相比,2005年《证券法》在证券交易所组织形式方面做了新的改动。立法修改的动因,包括外部形式上的原因——公司制改造的全球化浪潮,而根本的原因在于公司制证券交易所自身的许多优势。基于此,文章赞成我国的证券交易所应当进行公司制改造,同时对于公司制改造以后可能面临的问题也进行了分析。

Modifications were made in the 2005 version of Law of Stocks. The legal modifications were the result of the global wave of corporate re-structuring, but more importantly of the many advantages of corporate stock exchange bourses. This paper supports the reform of corporate exchange bourses in China, and, at the same time, analyzes the problems and issues that may arise accordingly.
