高黎贡山古蚤属三新种记述(蚤目:多毛蚤科)

THREE NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS PALAEOPSYLLA FROM GAOLIGONG MOUNTAIN, YUNNAN PROVINCE (SIPHONAPTERA: HYSTRICHOPSYLLIDAE)

本文报告高黎贡山古蚤属Palaeopsylla 3新种:宽指古蚤 P.laxiaigita sp.nov.,属鼩鼱种团soricis-group;多棘古蚤 P.palyspina sp.nov.,属偏远种团 remota-group;中突古蚤 P.mediminasp.nov.属短额种团brevifrontata-group。据新种形态与有关的种团特征作了比较和讨论。

This paper describes three new species of Palaeopsylla Wagner, 1903, collected in October, 1985 from Gaoligong Mountain (about 3200m), Gongshan County, north-western, Yunnan Province. All the type specimens are deposited in the Research Institute of Epidemic Diseases of Yunnan Province.Palaeopsylla laxidigita sp. nov. (figs. 1-5)This new species is similar to P. osctica loff, 1953 (only the female was known) of the soricis -group, but differs from the latter and other members of this genus by the following characters: 1) in female, the posterior margin of st. Ⅶ with a triangar sinus, its upper lobe is broad and truncate, and the lower lobe is rounder; 2) in male, the movable process of clasper is broader, only about 3.0-3.6 times as long as widest at the apex part (hence the new species is named).Holotype ♂,allotype ♀, paratypes 2♂♂, 2♀♀, off Sorex cylindricauda, 1♀ off Sorex era-ncus. Body length: ♂ 1.6-2.1mm; ♀ 1.8-2.2mm.Palaeopsylla polyspina sp. nov. (figs. 6-9)This species is related to P. longidigita Chen, Wei et Li, 1979 of the remota-group, but differs from the latter and other members of this genus by the following characters: 1) the first spine of genal comb being rounded apically, instead of slightly pointed; 2) the dorsal margin of pronotum distinctly longer than its dorsal spine of pronotal comb; 3) in male, the distal arm of st. Ⅸ narrowing gradually from base toward apex, its dorsal margin with one row of 22-25 small spiniform bristles (hence the new species is named); the process of clasper wider than that of the latter species; 4) in female, the posterior margin of st. Ⅶ oblique and stra-ight, without posterior dorsal.Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, paratypes 3♂♂, off Sorex caudatus; other paratypes 2♂♂, off Na-sillus gracilis; 1♂, off Sorex eranens.. Body lenghth: ♂ 1.7-2.1 mm; ♀ 2.1 mm.Palaeopsylla medimina sp. nov. (figs. 10-13)This new species resembles closely to P. brevifrontata Zhang, Wu et Liu, 1984 and P. an-serocepsoides Zhang, Wu et Liu, 1984 (only the female were know) of brevifrontata -group, but differs from the latter two species by the following characters: 1) the incrassation of frons below tubercle is widened near the oral angle; 2) the dorsal and ventral margin of the second spine of genal almost parallel; 3) in male, the posterior arm of st. Ⅸ obviously longer, about as long as anterior arm, and narrowing gradually from the base toward the apex; 4) in female, the posterior margin of st. Ⅶ with two small sinus, its medial lobe triangular and distinctly protruding beyond dorsal and ventral lobes (hence the new species is named).Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, paratypes 10♂♂, 18♀♀, off Nasillus gracilis; other paratypes 1♂, 1♀, off Scaptonyx fusicaudatus 1♂, 1♀, off Sorex cylindricauda; 1♀, off Eothenomys eleusis; 1♀, off Ochotona sp., Body length: ♂ 1.8-2.3 mm; ♀ 1.9-2.3mm.The paper is concluded with a discussion on the problem of the three new species assigned to the species-group. The authors consider that P. laxidigita sp. nov., P. polyspina sp. nov. and P. medimina sp. nov. should orderly assigned to soricis-group remota-group and brevifrontata-group, though of which two species showed certain differs from the descriptions in the pass.
