摘要
试验研究团状模塑料(DMC)/丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)复合材料的性能。结果表明,DMC和ACM具有相容性,可发生交联反应;DMC/ACM复合材料的优化试验配方为ACM100,DMC50,白炭黑70,铝酸酯偶联剂2.5,氧化锌3,硬脂酸4,硬脂酸钠0.5,防老剂D3,硫化剂DCP3,硫黄4,促进剂M2;最佳硫化条件为145℃/10MPa×30min。
The properties of dough molding compounds(DMC)/ACM composite were experimentally investigated.The results showed that ACM and DMC were compatible and could be crosslinked.The optimized formula of DMC/ACM composite was as follows:ACM 100,DMC 50,silica 70,aluminate coupling agent 2.5,zinc oxide 3,stearic acid 4,sodium stearate 0.5,antioxidant D 3,DCP 3,sulfur 4,accelerator M 2;the optimum curing conditions were as follows:curing temperature at 145 ℃,pressure at 10 MPa,and curing time of 30 min.
