摘要 目的分析吉林省的护理人力资源分布现状和护理学专业发展特点,探讨区域高等护理教育及护理人力发展中存在的问题。方法采用文献回顾法和比较分析法进行研究。结果吉林省的护理队伍年龄结构不合理,具有年轻、工作年限短和学历层次高的特点。护理教育的针对性和实用性滞后于社会的需求。结论在大力发展护理人力的同时还应注意如何有效利用护理人力,加强护理人力资源的研究,推动护理教育的发展。 Objective Analyze nursing workeforce distribution and developmental characteristics of nursing specialty in Jilin Province, and discuss problems in the development of regional higher nursing education and nursing workforce. Methods Methods of literature review and comparative analysis Were used in it.Results Age structure of nursing work- force is unreasonable in Jilin Province, smaller age, short working time and high deucational background are the characteristics of the nursing workforce.Nursing education pertinence and practicality can not keep space with society,s demands. Conclusion While devoting more efforts to the edvelopment Of nursing workforce, paying more attention to how to use nursing workforce simultaneously, enhancing research about nursing human resource and improving nursing education development.
