摘要
首先分析了高校医院的定位及高校医院应具备的四大功能。然后,提出高校医院目前存在的三大主要问题:硬件设施差,人才队伍短缺,服务意识淡薄。在此基础上给出了西北工业大学医院如何用科学发展观来指导医院建设与发展,克服目前高校医院普遍存在的问题的实践与探索。
First to analyze the orientation and the four functions of university hospitals.Then to point out the three main problems university hospitals face： hospital facilities are not sufficient to meet the challenges they face, human resources are not sufficient, the service attitude of hospital personnel is not good enough.Based on the above analysis, to introduce how Northwestern Polytechnical University Hospital tackles these problems, to use scientific development theory to improve the management and development of the hospital.
