阐述了电子病历归档的意义、内容、系统构架、功能。电子病历是发展方向,其内容广泛,包括与病人诊治相关的所有记录及相关证明:系统构架应有索引、浏览、虚拟打印、归档方法、权限管理等模块;其系统功能有索引检索、数字化手签、病历浏览、修改审核、打印管理等相关功能。
The paper introduce the meaning, content, systematic structure and frameworkand function of the CPR＇ s archiving. The CPR＇ s archiving is great significance which represent anoritentation of development .There are wideranging contents consist of all records and proofrelates to the patient＇ s diagnosis and treatment. The symtemetic structure and framework shouldinclude some modules, for example, index, browsing, virtual print, methods of archiving and limit administration： the systematic function contains index retrieve, digital signature, patient recordsbrowsing, revise and audit, print manage and other related functions.
