摘要
目的用甘油致成应激性急性肾功能衰竭家兔实验模型,观察中药抗疲Ⅰ号的防治效果。方法阳性对照组和阴性对照组大鼠正常喂养,实验组在饲料中加入抗疲劳Ⅰ号喂养,1月后阳性对照组和实验组分别经腹腔注射甘油致成应激性急性肾功能衰竭家兔实验模型,三组继续以上喂养方法。均于造模第1、5和14日测定三组血尿钠、钾和肌酐,肾组织行电镜观察肾滤过膜和吸收膜的损伤与防治变化。结果实验组的肾滤过膜和吸收膜的早期损伤明显比阳性对照组轻,14d时滤过膜和吸收膜的结构已修复。结论抗疲Ⅰ号具有防护和修复肾组织超微结构的功能,各项肾功检测指标表明抗疲Ⅰ号具有防治应激性急性肾衰的作用。
Objective: Use the Anti - Fatigue Ⅰ to protective treat the glycerol induced acute renal failure in rabbits. Methods: The experimental group were fed with a mixed feed with Anti - Fatigue I, the positive control group and negative control group were fed with routine feed. One month later, the rabbits of positive control group and experimental group were given intramuscular injections of glycerol according to induce acute renal failure (ARF) . All rabbits were still fed like before the induced ARF. The Na, K, Creatinine in urine and blood were determinate at 1st, 5th, 14th, and the renal tissue were taken at same period for morphologic study by microscopy and transmission electromicroscopy. Results: The detection of the biochemical renal functions and renal morphological study shows that the damage of experimental group was more lesser than the positive control group, and had repaired prompt, completely. Conclusion: Anti - Fatigue I is an effective drug for ARF.
