摘要
采用在线混凝—超滤联用工艺对某水塘水进行中试研究。试验结果表明,将常规处理作为超滤的预处理时,膜压差增加迅速,无法保持稳定运行。将在线混凝作为超滤的预处理时,膜压差增加缓慢。通过比较不同的混凝剂抑制压差和去除有机物的效果,发现聚硫酸铁均优于聚氯化铝。次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾预氧化的试验结果表明,尽管高锰酸钾去除有机物和三氯甲烷生成潜能的效果较好,但膜压差增加较快。在线混凝—超滤联用工艺处理后出水的CODMn可低于3mg/L。
In this paper, a pilot plant of combined processes of in-line coagulation and ultrafiltration (UF) was conducted for drinking water preparation from pond water. The results showed that with conventional process as pretreatment of UF membrane, the transmembrane pressure (TMP) increased rapidly and stable operation could not be maintained. However, with in-line coagulation as pretreatment of UF, the TMP increased slowly so stable operation was achieved. Different coagulants were used for comparison, and found that polyferrous sulfate (PFS) was better than polyaluminum chloride (PAC). Preoxiation experiments using chlorine and potassium permanganate were also conducted and their results showed that although KMnO4 removed CODw and THMFP effectively, the TMP increasing could not be controlled. CODMn in tap water treated by inline coagulation-UF process could be lower than 3 mg/L.
