摘要
北京银泰中心B,C座办公写字楼均为高186m的混凝土筒中筒结构。地上42层,在结构层2设置了转换大梁。为减小转换层刚度突变的影响,设计中调整了转换层相邻各层柱、外裙梁的截面,增加了转换层以下内核心筒墙体的厚度,并在楼梯间设置了补偿剪力墙。转换层相邻各层柱还设置了型钢和芯柱以改善结构的抗震性能。针对外筒的剪力滞后,设计中尽量增大了外框筒裙梁的截面高度,并适当调整了角柱截面。
The office building B and C in Beijing Yintai Center are tube-tube structures with 186 total structural height. There are 42 floors and transfer beams are set in the second floor. For decreasing abrupt changes in transfer layer stiffness, sections of columns and beams border upon transfer layer are adjusted, thickness of inner tube is increased and shear wall is set in stair half. Shaped steel and stem are set in columns border upon transfer layer for improving structural aseismatic capacity. For shearing force lag in outer tube, sections of beams in outer tube are augmented and sections of comer columns are adjusted.
