摘要
北京银泰中心B,C座塔楼为钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构,在结构层1顶部设置了巨型转换梁承托上部40层外框筒密柱。此转换梁按深梁计算方法进行配筋设计,并内置型钢以增强与柱的连接性能。为保证转换层的施工质量,工程从降低混凝土水化热、采用高标号自密实混凝土和延迟转换梁拆模板时间等技术措施进行了控制。
The buildings B and C in Beijing Yintai Center are tube and tube concrete structures. On the top of the first floor, gigantic transition beams are set for supporting dense columns in outer tube. The deep beam computing method is used for transition beams design and shape steel is set to improve the connection performance with columns. Some measures are adopted to ensure construction, such as decreasing to hydrate heat, using high grade and self-close-grained concrete and increasing maintaining time of cyclostyle.
