摘要
北京银泰中心工程地面建筑由一座酒店、两座办公楼和三座裙房组成,地下为长218.2m,宽99.2m的整体4层地下室,所有地上建筑都坐落在整体地下室的顶部。工程基础底面受力极不均匀,各栋建筑对沉降的不均匀性十分敏感,且基础工程量巨大,对工程总投资和工程进度都有较大影响,因此,工程在基础选型、持力层和桩径的选取、新技术的采用以及施工监测方面都做了较充分的方案论证和分析计算,所做工作为整个工程的顺利竣工打下了坚实的基础。
Beijing Yintai Center project is composed of a restaurant, two office buildings and three assistant buildings. All the buildings are based on four floors basement structure which is 218.2m long and 99.2m wide. The loads on base are changed greatly and each building is sensitive to asymmetric settlements. The structure design gets sufficient project argumentation and computing in selecting type of base, confirming the right bearing load earth layer and diameters of piles, using new technology and inspecting construction.
