摘要
对于目前较为常见的地下车库基础低于相连多高层基础标高时的基础型式,进行了较详细的受力分析。指出采用此类基础时,为确保基础稳定,应确保高差处挡墙的稳定。为此,在挡墙的一侧须增加横墙作为挡墙的侧向支撑。给出了横墙的算法,结合工程实例给出了例题。最后提出了设计中应注意的问题。
The detailed load bearing analysis of a common foundation form in which the underground parking lot foundation is lower than the connecting multi-storied high-rise building foundation is provided. It offers the structural measures and calculating methods that should be applied to ensure the foundation' s stability, when dealing with this kind of foundation form. So the cross wall must be arranged at one side of the retaining wall as its lateral support. The calculating method of the cross wall is presented and an example is given. It comes with several examples which can be used as design reference.
