摘要
Ⅲ级以下钢筋在人防结构设计中暴露出了结构构件钢筋用量偏多、造价较高且施工不便等缺点。结合人防工程设计中的实际问题,从分析人防工程的特点入手,得出了在人防工程设计领域推广HRB500高强度钢筋的优势,并就现行人防设计规范所不具备的设计参数进行了推算,为今后在人防工程设计中采用HRB500钢筋提供了理论依据。结合实际工程,就采用传统的HRB400钢筋同采用新型的HRB500钢筋在经济性上进行了对比,得出HRB500高强度钢筋应用于人防结构设计有很多有利因素,具有较大的推广价值。
In the civil air defence works engineering, the traditional steel products have exposed many defects, such as the huge-quantity of reinforcement, the inconvenience in construction, and so on. With view to the characteristics and the practical problems in the design of the civil air defence works, the advantages of the use of high strength reinforcement are introduced, and theoretical proofs are presented on the base of calculation with parameters beyond the design code. Then economic contrast of the use of HRB400 and new HRB500 reinforcement is given as well. Finally, a conclusion is obtained that the use of high strength reinforcement in air defence works has many advantages in the technical and economic fields and is worth of being wildly generalized.
