溴氰菊酯对育肥牛痒螨的疗效观察

Effect of Decamethrin Curing Itch Mite of Finishing Cattle

以０．０３％溴氰菊酯药液对平遥牛场３０２头不同程度患有以背腰部脱毛、皮肤结痂、搔痒为特征的疥螨病牛进行了喷雾杀虫，隔周一次，连用三次，停药一周后被毛重新长出，皮肤恢复弹性，虫检阴性。治疗结果表明，用０．０３％溴氰菊酯治疗牛螨病，疗效可靠，治愈率达１００％，毒性小，复发率低。

In Pingyou cattle farm,a 0.03% concentration of decamethrin spraying was used for curing 302 heads of finishing cattle with itch mite.The clinical characteristics of the desease were alopecia in back and waist,crust and itch in skin to varying degrees. The decamethrin was sprayed 3 times at 7-day invervals The week after last spraying,the new coat growed.The skin elasticity recovered and the parasite test showed negative in the cattle,The curative effect indicated that 0.03% decametrin was low toxicity,and 100 percent cure rate fov curing the affected cattle,so the decamethrin is a reliable and practicable medicine for curing the itch mite in cattle.
