中粳塑盘抛秧旱育保姆应用效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决塑盘湿润育秧秧龄弹性小、秧苗素质低、操作工序多等技术难点,采用旱育保姆种衣剂种子包衣,研究其在塑盘湿润育秧上的应用效应。结果表明:包衣处理可加大塑盘抛秧的秧龄弹性,提高秧苗素质,简化育苗工序,增加产量。与未包衣对照相比,包衣处理的出苗率提高,立枯病、稻蓟马病虫危害率减轻,株高降低,秧苗叶绿素含量、光合速率、单株带蘖数、假茎粗、总根数、根冠比明显增加;剪根水培发根速度快、发根条数多、根长增加,立苗速度提早3d,抛后各生育期叶面积指数高、干物质积累多,增产显著。应用旱育保姆种衣剂种子包衣,可解决塑盘湿润育秧目前存在的技术难点,促进抛秧技术的发展。 To overcome the obstacles of small flexibility of seedling age, low seedling quality and complicated working procedure in traditional seedling seed coating material seed-coated, studies raising with moist seedbed of plastic plate, using dry-raised it in the application effect of plastic-plate wetness-raised seedling. The result indicated that: Seed-coated is able to enlarge the seedling-elasticity of plastic-plate scattered-transplantation seedling, improves the rice seedling quality, simplifies the working procedure of breeding seedling, increases yield of rice. Compared with not coating, the seed-coated can enhance rate of seedlings emergence, abates the damage of damping-off and thrips oryzae Williams, reduces high of seedling, obvious increases in the chlorophyll content, the photosynthesis speed, the tiller number of one seedling, thick of sham stem, total root and root/shoot ratio. The seedling after cutted root is cultivated in the water, its root-developing-speed quickly, root-strip-number manifolded, root long increased, seedling-standing speed earlier 3 days. After scattered-seedling, leaf area index enhance, the dry material accumulates manifolds, the production increase is remarkable, in each different growing period of seedling. The application of dry-raised seed coating can solve problems in traditional seedling raising with moist seedbed of plastic plate, promoting seedling raising techniques.
