摘要
知识共享对于知识密集型组织来说具有重要的意义,但是较少有实证研究来探索组织职业生涯管理在促进知识共享中的重要角色。本文以知识员工为研究对象,从实证的角度.探索了组织职业生涯管理对知识员工共享知识的影响。结果表明,组织职业生涯管理在塑造员工对组织承诺方面起着重要的作用,而组织承诺将显著影响员工共享知识的意愿和行为。上述结论对于知识员工的管理具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。
Knowledge sharing is very important to Knowledge Intensive Organizations. However, empirical research has not explored the relationship between knowledge employee' s career development management and knowledge sharing in China. This study want to explore the organizational career development management and it' s consequences for knowledge sharing among Knowledge employees. A model was developed that tested the hypothesized consequences of the fulfillment of the organizational career development management£commitment and knowledge sharing.The analysis found organizational commitment play a critical role in mediating organizational career development management and knowledge sharing. The findings have important implications for Human Resource strategies in Knowledge Intensive Organizations.
