本世纪初,我国大型煤炭企业战略联盟迅速发展,战略联盟成为大型煤炭企业规模扩张和市场营销的主要模式。本文分析了当前我国大型煤炭企业建立战略联盟的内外动因,联盟的主要形式,并对其4个主要发展趋势进行了探讨,以期为推动我国大型煤炭企业战略联盟进一步发展提供借鉴,也为进一步研究提供有用的线索。

At the beginning of 21 century, our country＇ s large-scale coal enterprise strategy alliance has a rapid development, Strategic alliance becomes the main mode of large-scale coal enterprises＇ scale expansion and marketing. It already has been an important strategic problem that the large-scale coal enterprises face. This article analyzes the inside and outside causes of establishing the strategic alliance for large-scale coal enterprises at present, and the main forms of alliance. Then it carries on the discussion to the four main trends of alliance, and it is expected to be helpful for large-scale coal enterprise strategy alliance to take a further development, and be useful for further study.
