摘要
伦理诚信是企业诚信的最高要求,也是解决企业诚信问题的终极途径。和谐主题下企业伦理诚信的本质是采取与社会和谐共生的方式行事。本文阐述了企业诚信的五个范畴、三种境界和三个发展阶段。"浙商"诚信的局限十分明显,是企业家个人为主体的、封闭性私人社会网络内的自发诚信和规则诚信,突出问题为公共商业伦理的缺位,导致"浙商"自发发展与和谐社会价值规范的直接冲突,"浙商"迫切需要构建共守的伦理准则。在和谐背景下,"浙商"共守的商业伦理准则应为"浙商"在企业层面、产业层面以及社会层面的和谐共生。"浙商"应基于共守的商业伦理,实现诚信模式向社会化的伦理诚信转变。本文最后给企业提出了建构诚信的基本思路。
Enterprises' credibility consists rules abiding and ethical credibility. The later is the most advanced requirement of enterprises' credibility and the fundamental approach to solve the credibility problems. In the harmonious society enterprises ethical credibility is to act following the harmonious symbiosis vision and model. Five fields, three perspectives, three degree and three phases theoretically consists the whole credibility concept. The leading Zheshang' s credibility still requests transition and improvement, which is individual, closed, private social network based spontaneous and rule-based. Zheshang need to construct the harmonious symbiosis vision and model, and transfer credibility model to social oriented ethical type. The paper analysis the approaches for enterprises to manage their credibility.
