摘要
选用可生物降解的白氨酸、谷氨酸甲酯、谷氨酸三元共聚物(PLMGG)制成克伦特罗缓释药囊。体外释药研究表明,药囊能保持长期缓慢恒速释药,释药速率随聚合物中谷氨酸含量增多而增大,其中PLMGG—25的克伦特罗药囊释药时间为80d、稳态后每天释药量平均为1.23mg/d。药效研究中,5头猪皮下埋植PLMGG—25的克伦特罗药囊,5头作对照。40d后屠宰测定,埋植组与对照组比较,每头猪平均多增重3.5kg,瘦肉率提高4.2%,屠宰率高3.2%,板油重减少0.17kg。生物降解型聚合物作为缓释药物载体是高分子材料在药剂学方面新的研究课题,利用这类化合物作载体进行兽用长效缓释制剂的研究,在改进给药方法、提高药效、减少药物副作用等方面有重要意义。
α amino acid copolymers with various composition of L leucine,γ methyl L glutamate,L glutamic acid(PLMGG) were successfully used to prepare sustained release capsules of clenbuterol.The release rates of clenbuterol capsules were steady and could be controlled by the quantity of L glutamic acid in PLMGG.With PLMGG 25 clenbuterol capsules implanted in finishing swines for 40 days,the weigh gain,body protein and loin eye area were increased and body fat was reduced.The results demonstrated that PLMGG 25 clenbuterol capsules manifested a good effect on improving performance and carcass composition of finishing swines.
