鸡贫血因子病的血液病理学变化

HEMATOPATHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF CHICKS WITH CHICKEN INFECTIOUS ANEMIA

本实验用鸡贫血病毒（ＣＡＶ）感染１日龄健康ＡＡ雏鸡，以未感染雏鸡为对照，在感染后７、１４、２１、２８、３５、４２日龄检测其外周血液各种血细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积、红细胞平均体积（ＭＣＶ）、红细胞平均血红蛋白量（ＭＣＨ）、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度（ＭＣＨＣ）；骨髓红系祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｅ）、粒单系祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）、基质成纤维祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｆ）的增殖功能；血清因子和胸腺集落刺激因子（ＣＳＦ）对造血祖细胞增殖功能影响；骨髓造血细胞分化功能；骨髓造血细胞和基质糖类含量；骨髓造血组织病理形态变化。结果发现，感染鸡骨髓红系、粒单系造血祖细胞增殖功能和细胞的分化功能明显降低或呈现障碍，血清中造血生长因子明显降低或抑制因子异常增多；骨髓造血组织酸性粘多糖和ＰＡＳ阳性细胞减少，基质酸性粘多糖增多和中性粘多糖减少；外周全血细胞减少，呈现正色素性贫血、白细胞和血栓细胞减少症。

The experiment was performed to study the proliferative function of hematopoietic progenitor cells in the bone marrow and parameters of clinical hematology of chicks infected with chicken anemia virus(CAV) at one day of age.The results are as follows:(1)Proliferation of CFU E and CFU GM of bone marrow were inhibited from day 7 to 35 postinfection(PI).Their growths recovered on day 42 PI.(2)Differentiation function of hematopoietic precursor cells was suppressed from day 7 to 21 PI.(3)No effect was found on proliferation of CFU F of bone marrow in chicks infected with CAV.(4)Sear of intected chicks inhibited the growth of CFU E and CFU GM at day 14～28 PI,which indicated that there was a decrease of stimulating factors or an increase of inhibiting factors in the serum of infected chicks.(5)The stimulating effect of thymus CSF of infected chicks on CFU GM of bone marrow was similar to the healthy control chicks.The results showed that the hematopoietic function disturbance of bone marrow was not related to CSF of thynus.(6)Hematocrit value,hemoglobin,red and white blood cells were decreased,but MCV,MCH,MCHC were not changed,suggesting that chicken infectious anemia(CIA) is a normochromic anemia.(7)Numbers of heterophils,eosinophils,monocytes and thrombocytes reduced in the peripheral blood,thus there was a marked pancytopenia in CIA.(8)The recovery of peripheral blood cells as well as hematopoietic progenitor cells were seen at day 42 PI.
