摘要
本文对新兽药制剂林可霉素水溶性粉剂,用人工感染发病的方法进行了药效学研究。体外试验结果表明,引起鸡坏死性肠炎的C型魏氏梭菌对林可霉素和泰乐菌素均高度敏感。体内试验结果表明,林可霉素能显著降低魏氏梭菌人工感染鸡群的发病率和死亡率,减轻其发病症状,粪便中接种菌分离鉴定结果表明,林可霉素能明显降低排菌鸡的百分率。混饮16~20mg.kg-1林可霉素的治疗效果优于酒石酸泰乐菌素。
In this paper,pharmacodynamics of Lincomycin was studied through the treatment of chickens infected artifically with C perfringens which could cause necrotic enteritis in chickens It was shown in vitro that C perfringens were highly sensitive to Lincomycin and Tylosin The results in vivo show that Lincomycin remarkably reduce the morbidity and mortality in C perfringens infected chickens The results of the daily swab test show that Lincomycin is very effective for reducing the percentage of chickens eliminating the live bacteria from the intestine The clinical therapeutic effect of Lincomycin(16—20mg kg -1 ) is better than that of Tylosin
