摘要
报道了室内人工饲养条件下柑桔大实蝇的生物学特性研究结果。该虫的越冬蛹主要分布在2~10cm土层,以4~6cm最集中;5月初开始羽化,5月中旬为羽化盛期,5月下旬为羽化末期,羽化期长达25d左右;土壤积水持续时间和pH值对蛹的羽化始日及羽化存活率有明显影响;羽化后成虫需补充营养,约15d达到性成熟并交尾;成虫活动表现出对光照、气温敏感和明显的昼夜节律;成虫6月中旬产卵于柑桔幼果上,直至8月下旬孵化幼虫,卵为滞育卵。
Some biological features of Chinese citrus fly, Dacus citri, have been reported here in condition of laboratoral feeding. Its pupae are located in 2~10 cm soils in winter, and the most assembly in 4~6 cm. Emergence start at the beginning of May, peak in the 2nd 10 days of May and end at the end of May, emergence periods extend about 25 days. Apparently, the first day and death rates of emergence are influenced by the pH-value and soak times of soil. The adults need feeding as reproduetive nutriltion, and reach mature and mating after 15 days. In addition, adult activity alsoshows, including circadian rhythm, light taxis and laying diapause eggs ect.
