摘要
"理"是先秦"百家争鸣"时围绕"天人关系"产生的一个重要范畴,这一范畴在先秦时就成为诸子学说使用的核心概念之一。本文通过梳理"理"含义在儒道法各家学说中的演变过程,从逻辑上论证了"理"成为"天人关系"中介的可能性,最后得出"理"是先秦现实社会如何治理的理论根据这一结论。说明从"理"的演变完全可以看到儒道法各家在建立一个怎样的"世道"上彼此是如何融合和贯通的。
"Li" was an important category, which was originated from the thinkers' argument about the relationship between Nature and Humanity at Pre-Qin, and finally it had become a central conception in the thinkers' theories. By studying the development of the meanings about"Li" among Confucianism , Toaism and Legalism, the possibility of how did "Li" become an unification of Nature and Humanity can be demonstrated logically, then we can draw a conclusion that "Li" was not someth else but the base of all kinds of the theories concerning how to establish an ideal social order. From the development of "Li",we can understand ,in order to establishing an ideal society, the communication and exchange of ideas among Confucianism ,Toaism and Legalism was an ordinary social phenomenon at that time.
