外墙用水性装饰漆HF-I的合成研究

摘要 根据外墙装饰水性漆的应用性能要求,开展了以钛白粉颜料和醋酸乙烯酯—丙烯酸共聚物乳液为基础的水性漆HFI合成研究,得到了如下的合成条件和各组分加入量:①水;②润湿剂壬酚基乙氧基化合物1.1g/kg;③防腐剂DOWICIL752.1g/kg;④抑泡剂NALCO23000.17g/kg;⑤颜料钛白粉142g/kg;⑥填料碳酸钙212.5g/kg;⑦成膜剂TEXANOL15.9g/kg,常温条件下按上述顺序和比例加入到高速分散体系中,快速搅拌25min,达到412H/C赫格曼细度后转入调速搅拌体系中,加入醋酸乙烯酯—丙烯酸共聚物乳液UCAR365及消泡剂BEV6910.8g/kg和增稠剂羟乙基纤维素6.7g/kg,用水来调节其粘度。检验油漆的各项性能指标合格后过滤即得到本产品。 In compliance with the appliance performance of dressing water paint of outside wall, the synthesis of modified water painting HF I by employing titanium dioxide pigments and vinyl acetate acrylic copolymer emulsion were studied. The relevant synthesis condition and the amount of every components are given as:①water; ②wetting agent nonylphenol ethoxylate 1.1 g/kg; ③preservative dowicil 75 2.1 g/kg; ④Antifoam (Day-GLO) Nalco 2300 0.17 g/kg; ⑤Pigments titanium dioxide 142 g/kg; ⑥Filiter calcium carbonate 212.5 g/kg; ⑦thin coating agent Texanol 15.9 g/kg unde normal temperature add the above mentioned materials into high speed disperse system in the given order and in proper proportion and rapidly stirit for 25 minutes, when the fineness reaches 4.5 H/C helgman change it into speed adjustable stirring system and add vinyl acetate acrylic copolymer emulsion ucar 365 and antifoam BEV 691 0.8 g/kg and hydroxyethyl cellulose 6.7 g/kg, then add water to adjust its viscosity, when all the property indexes are in line with the standard, filtering it to obtain the product.
