摘要
本研究将葡萄糖氧化酶(Glucose Oxidase,简称GO)基因通过有性杂交方式从转基因粳稻(Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica)日本晴(Nipponbare)转入籼稻(O.sativas sp. Indica)蜀恢162,并用RT-PCR方法成功检测到GO基因已在分子水平整合和转录进蜀恢162基因组,证明了GO基因可在水稻亚种间转育。淀粉-KI显色反应结果说明GO基因已经在蛋白质水平表达并发挥功能。对GO基因蜀恢162的进一步利用及GO基因的安全性进行了讨论。
The glucose oxidase gene was introduced into O. sativa ssp. Indica shuhui162 from transgenic Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica. Nipponbare by the way of sexual hybrid for the first time, the integration and transcribe of glucose oxidase gene was confirmed by RT-PCR analysis on shuhui 162 rice genome, it proved the GO gene can be transfered between Indica and japonica. The color reaction with starch-KI showed that the glucose oxidase gene had expressed in the level of protein and exerted its function in shuhui 162 rice. The paper discussed the further utilization of GO gene shuhui 162 and the security of GO gene.
