孤立病灶的脱髓鞘与多发性硬化患者血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体的变化 被引量:5

摘要 多发性硬化(MS)是由特异性抗原介导的细胞免疫和体液免疫共同参与的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病。近年来研究表明,在第1次脱髓鞘发作时为数相当多的患者存在了MS样改变,且随访发现超过半数在未来5~10年发展成临床确诊的MS(CDMS)。目前将临床上只有1次发作和1个部位受累的脱髓鞘病变称为临床孤立综合征(clinically isolated syndromes,CIS)。
