摘要
研究了转基因抗虫棉新品系93-25的抗虫特性及农艺表现。连续4年系统考察表明,在网室、田间、大田生产条件下,93-25对棉铃虫的抗性较强而稳定,农艺性状综合表现良好。在正常、减少或2代不防治时,其抗虫性、农艺性状及产量表现明显优于供试的生产推广种及形态、生化、基因等抗虫材料。在坚持综合防治、减少2-3次治虫条件下,较供试品种增产15%以上。是当前综合表现较好、实用价值较高的抗虫材料。
The worm resistance and yield of 93-25 were studied by 4 years systematic investigation.Under the condition of solarium, test field and field production, the resistance of 93-25 to cotton bollworm was pot and stable, and its agronomic characters were fine. Under the condition of normal, decreased and second generation be control, its resistance to worm, agronmic characters and yield wereobviously superior to the spreading varieties and the materials of morphological, biochemical and geneticalresistance to worm. 93-25 can increase yield Of more than 15% compared to the control variety whencomprehensive control was conducted and 2 ~ 3 times controls were reduced. The variety is a comprehensively good and practically valuable resistant material.
